Luxury grill at Colette Restaurant, Hôtel de Sezz Saint-Tropez


The Colette Restaurant at Hôtel de Sezz in Saint-Tropez changes its menu on the occasion of its 5th anniversary.

On the menu, grilled over a wood fire for meat lovers. Charolais beef and Salers, Black Angus from the United States, Wagyu from the Chile, Quercy lamb or even Iberian pig are sublimated by the Chief Patrick Cuissard.

The dishes are only prepared with fresh exotic inspirational products (Saffron based, yuzu or cream of dates) or Mediterranean to celebrate the region.

The Argentina invites itself in the plates with the parillada wood-fired “as in Salta” accompanied by corn pancakes with the chimuchurri sauce, typical spice of South American cuisine.

However the Chief do not forget piscivorous persons proposing the snacked fish.

A culinary experience enhanced by a DJ set as well as a live music every night of the summer, not to be missed.
