Famous Nikki Beach to settle in Dubai’s Pearl Jumeirah

Weeks after Nikki Beach confirmed it had pulled out of plans to launch in Doha and was relocating its first resort in the Middle East to the UAE, Miami based luxury beach club has confirmed it is to open a 52,000 square metre resort in Dubai’s Pearl Jumeirah in late 2015.

The Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai will include 400 metres of white sandy beach front, 61 branded residences, 132 units including 117 rooms and suites, 14 beach villas, one 1,350 sqm 3-bedroom ultimate beach villa, three restaurants, a VIP lounge, Nikki Spa by ESPA, Tone Fitness Centre and the brand’s famous Beach Club and is part of its partnership with Meraas Holding, the real estate company controlled by Dubai’s ruler, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

“We have been waiting for the right time, location and partners to expand our brand in Dubai and after 10 years of waiting, I am happy to announce that we have finally found the perfect location and the perfect partners (Meraas Holding) to open Nikki Beach in Dubai,” Jack Penrod, founder & owner of Nikki Beach Worldwide, told CNN.
