An Exotic Bite of The Big Apple Comes to Dubai as NYC’s China Grill Launches in the Autumn


A unique and cosmopolitan taste of New York City will land in Dubai at the end of October with the launch of China Grill at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina. After 27 years at the top of Manhattan’s culinary pyramid, China Grill’s pioneering legacy of Asian-inspired world cuisine will soon be wowing diners in the city.

US entrepreneur, Jeffrey Chodorow and the management team behind acclaimed dining hotspots such as Asia de Cuba, Red Farm, All’Onda and Blue Door with Claude Troisgros.

Its exciting, globe-spanning menu has absorbed influence from the west to look as Asian cuisine in a singularly innovative new way. The exciting lounge and restaurant concept is split across two floors with a bustling bar area and restaurant downstairs.

Its signature, centralized open kitchen will be right in the heart of the action, imparting a sense of theatre and spectacle. With a bustling, cool vibe and mouth-watering menu imported straight from New York City, China Grill is the critically acclaimed restaurant that thinks “outside of the wok”.
